A safe deposit box is a secure container, housed in a high security vault, where individuals can store valuable items such as jewelry, important documents, and other treasures.


Individuals, businesses and organizations can rent a safe deposit box. Hirers must be at least 18 years old and of sound mind for the duration of the rent.


For individuals, all hirers must be present and each bring either ONE:

  • NRIC
  • Passport
  • MyTentera
  • MyPolis card

For business or organizations, the hirer must bring ALL:

  • Forms 9 / Certificate of incorporation of private company
  • Forms 44 / Notification of change in registered address
  • Form 49 / Notification of change in the register of directors, managers and secretaries
  • Director’s NRIC / Passport
  • Board resolution
  • Certificate of Registration / Incorporation (SSM)

Usually, items that are priceless and hard to replace are stored in a safe deposit box, which may include:

  • Gold bar & Jewelry
  • Important documents (e.g. wills, property deeds, grants)
  • Collectibles and heirlooms
  • Digital backups (e.g. USB drives, external hard drives)
  • Rare coins and stamps

Avoid storing items that requires constant attention or need to be accessed in an emergency, which may include:

  • Cash
  • Passports / Identification Cards (For frequent travelers)
  • Medical directives or living wills
  • Anything illegal or dangerous

Yes, there is a one-time charge of RM350 for the key deposit (refundable) and RM35 for the administration fee & stamping fee.


The contents of the box will be frozen until proper legal procedures are executed, which is usually performed by your executor or next of kin. Access to the box will be allowed for the purpose of probate valuation only, and its contents can only be removed once the necessary legal documents are presented to us.


Yes, the insurance is included in our rent and will cover up to RM20,000 by our insurance representative, LONPAC Insurance. If you require additional insurance coverage, you may choose to do so with an agent from our panel insurance company.


No. Only you and your joint-hirers will know the contents of your box. However, you may need to disclose it to your insurance agent if you choose to have additional insurance coverage. For your privacy, Majestic Safe staff would NEVER ask about the contents in your box.


You must inform us immediately for your security. We will need to arrange for the lock to be replaced in your presence. The cost of replacing will be borne by you.


For security reasons, you need to submit the keys back to us for safekeeping.


Access is currently limited to our business hours as follow:

Monday – Friday : 9am to 6pm
Saturday : 9am to 2pm
We may consider emergency requests base on the degree of urgency and necessity, and charges may apply per successful request.


We will invite you via call to renew your rental approximately 1 month before your rental term ends, and once extended, you can make payment for the subsequent rental term. Otherwise, you will need to notify us about your termination request, in person or by mail, at least 1 month before expiry. A written notice must be issued for us to process your request and we will setup an appointment for the settlement. Any delay in notifying us may result in your rental term being renewed for an additional 1 year.

Yes, RM35 will be charged for each request.


You may call us at +606 2816336 or +6018 2816336 to alert us of your arrival. As every visitor to our premise is verified by our security guard before entry, you may signal to our guard on your intention to enter once you have arrived at our gates.


Yes, we have our private parking area available specifically for Majestic Safe clients only.


No, only registered hirer and joint hirers are allowed to enter the safe deposit box area.


Up to 3 persons can be assigned to a box. However, only 2 persons can access the box at any one time.


For the sake of security and privacy, we will discourage you to use your handphone or camera on our premise. You may take pictures of the contents of your box in the private viewing room for your reference.


15 minutes only per session. You may be required to register for another session if you require more time.
